Trump Delivers Stark Message After Unexpected G7 Exit

Trump Sparks Alarm with Early G7 Exit and Iran Warning

Donald Trump triggered global concern on Monday, June 16, after abruptly leaving the G7 summit in Canada and posting a cryptic warning about Iran.

Sudden Departure Amid Rising Tensions

Just days before, vi0len.ce flared between Iran and Israel. Israel had launched a surprise att.a.ck on Iranian nuclear and military sites. Iran responded with missile strikes on Tel Aviv. The conflict pushed both nations to the brink of w*r.

Leaders expected the G7 summit to focus heavily on the escalating crisis. But Trump left early, surprising many and raising serious questions about the U.S.’s next move.

“Iran Cannot Have a Nuclear W*ap0n”

Shortly after leaving, Trump posted on Truth Social. His message was blunt:

“Iran should have signed the ‘deal’ I told them to sign. What a shame, and waste of human life. Simply stated, IRAN CANNOT HAVE A NUCLEAR W*AP0N. I said it over and over again! Everyone should immediately evacuate Tehran!”

Trump has long urged Iran to accept a revised nuclear agreement with the P5+1 nations—an international group working with Iran since 2006. His post revealed frustration with stalled talks and emphasized urgency.

Conflicting Narratives

French President Emmanuel Macron offered one explanation. He claimed Trump left the G7 to help broker a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

Trump quickly denied it.

“Publicity-seeking President Emmanuel Macron, of France, mistakenly said that I left the G7 Summit, in Canada, to go back to D.C. to work on a ‘cease fire’… Wrong!… Much bigger than that. Whether purposely or not, Emmanuel always gets it wrong. Stay tuned!”

Trump didn’t clarify what the “much bigger” issue was, adding mystery to his abrupt return.

The White House Response

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt downplayed the concerns. She released a statement via Twitter:

“Much was accomplished, but because of what’s going on in the Middle East, President Trump will be leaving tonight after dinner with Heads of State.”

Growing Uncertainty

Trump’s early exit and his ominous statements have added new uncertainty to an already volatile moment. As tensions between Iran and Israel continue to rise, the world watches closely for the next development—and for clarity on what Trump meant by his dramatic warning.
