My five-year-old son Leo had beautiful golden curls that everyone noticed. I loved them, but my mother-in-law, Brenda, constantly criticized his hair, insisting that boys should not look that way. Before the gathering, he asked me to create a video showing Lily’s journey, her treatment, and Leo’s heartfelt promise.
