American authorities have published a video showing the moments after the murder of conservative activist and Donald Trump’s ally, Charlie Kirk. The footage released by the FBI shows the suspected person rushing away from the scene. In the video, the suspect is seen running on a roof, then jumping down and quietly walking through the streets to avoid attention. He was wearing Converse sneakers and a distinctive black t-shirt, which featured a flag and an American eagle—elements that investigators have identified as distinguishing marks for tracking him. According to the authorities, the suspect is believed to be of university age. Investigators also seized a Mauser 30-06 type rifle with powerful bullets, a weapon suspected to have been used in the fatal shooting.
