Mary Trump claims her uncle is fading—‘declining rapidly’ and making incoherent statements.

Mary Trump Sounds Alarm Over Uncle’s Mental Health
Tables Turn on the Campaign Trail
Last year, Donald Trump repeatedly questioned Joe Biden’s mental fitness. Now, his own niece is throwing that claim back at him.

Mary Trump, a longtime critic of the former president, recently voiced concerns about his cognitive state. She argues that what many supporters brush off as “quirks” may signal something more serious.

No Stranger to Family Feuds
Mary has a history of tension with her uncle. In 2020, she sued him over an inheritance dispute—though a judge later dismissed the case. This background has prompted some to question her motives.

Still, she remains vocal.

‘He’s Losing It Every Day’
In a YouTube video, Mary claimed Trump shows “clear signs of mental decline.” She cited frequent rambling, forgetfulness, and made-up facts as warning signs.

“Every time Donald stumbles, forgets names, wanders off stage, or lies, his supporters laugh it off,” she said. “But every single day, he appears to be losing it.”

Mary referenced a recent incident where Trump stood on the White House roof speaking to journalists as an example of bizarre behavior. She also criticized his plan to install nuclear reactors on the Moon, calling it proof of “zero impulse control.”

Observations, Not Diagnoses
Mary made it clear she isn’t offering a formal diagnosis.

“I don’t have access to him. But I observe things. And no one being honest would say this is normal or acceptable.”

Medical Reports Say Otherwise
Despite her claims, Trump’s medical records tell a different story. Earlier this year, he underwent a routine physical. His doctor reported “no abnormalities in his mental status.”

Criticism Goes Beyond Health
Mary’s criticism didn’t stop at cognitive concerns. After the U.S. launched missiles at Iran in June, she accused Trump of warmongering for attention.

In a fiery Substack post, she wrote:

“We are at w*r, led by a corrupt, ignorant know-nothing who acted illegally and without Congress’s consent. He’s driven by fragile ego and a pathological fear of humiliation.”

She even compared him to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying both are “depraved and cruel.”

TACO: A Nickname That Lingers
Mary ended with a jab at Trump’s leadership style. She claimed he still resents being called TACO—an acronym for Trump Always Chickens Out—a term coined after he backed down on proposed tariffs.

“Donald is no doubt still stinging from that nickname,” she wrote.
