New photographs of former President Bill Clinton leaving the Hamptons with Hillary Clinton on Thursday seemed to show an aide carrying a portable defibrillator unit.
The device, which appeared to be a Propaq MD Air Medical Bag, was being carried on top of a rolling suitcase as the pair visited an airport in upstate New York in pictures obtained by the Daily Mail. The Irish Star has contacted the office of the former president for comment on the state of his health.
Clinton has faced heart issues in the past, including a heart attack in 2004, three years after the end of his second presidential term. A team of surgeons discovered extensive signs of heart disease during his four-hour quadruple bypass operation, with blockages in some arteries at over 90%.
Now 79 years old, Clinton is the same age as President Donald Trump, who himself has faced mounting concern over possible mental and physical health issues
