In spite of infidelity claims, RFK’s wife is urging him to lock down a Washington residence

RFK Jr. Buys Georgetown Home

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has reportedly given in to his wife Cheryl Hines’ demand to relocate to Washington, D.C. He purchased a $4.34 million townhouse in Georgetown, MEAWW News reports.

Move Follows Cheating Allegations

The decision comes after accusations of Kennedy’s inappropriate messages with journalist Olivia Nuzzi. These claims have reportedly put serious strain on the couple’s marriage.

Inside the $4.34 Million Townhouse

The nearly 4,900-square-foot home, built in the early 1900s, boasts an elegant reception foyer, an open-plan living and dining area, and a luxurious master suite with a fireplace, steam shower, and cast iron tub. Just a block from Wisconsin Avenue, the property offers Kennedy a short 15-minute commute to the White House.

Hines Pushes for Control

According to sources, Hines was determined to keep a closer eye on Kennedy’s behavior. Reportedly, she gave him an ultimatum: move to D.C. or face serious consequences. Kennedy, acknowledging his past infidelities, reportedly told her, “If you want to move to D.C., you find the house, you handle the real estate — I have the country’s health to focus on.”

A Step Toward Rebuilding Trust

The move is seen as an attempt to rebuild trust and stability. Hines, insiders say, believes living in Georgetown ties her more closely to the Kennedy legacy, much like Jacqueline Kennedy’s years in Washington.

Will It Fix Their Marriage?

While the new home may help the couple reconnect, only time will reveal whether it can truly resolve the deeper issues in their relationship.
